We understand that finding the right home for your loved one is a difficult and often confusing decision. That is why we are here to help and advise you on each step of the way in order to ensure that you have all the relevant information you need throughout this sometimes stressful transition period.

We will carry out a full assessment in order to ensure that we provide the best possible care for your loved one.

Because our aim is to provide a "family" environment, we capture as much information as possible about each resident's life history. Then we build a Person Centred Care Plan, so that all of our carers understand their needs, routine and behaviour. Person Centred care is not just about getting to know someone, but is about attempting to understand the individual and see as much as possible through their eyes.

Our individual care plans, with objectives for each area of health and social contact, such as Person care, daily routines, dietary needs, behaviour, etc, promises to be the best possible attitude in care for your loved ones. We also perform risk assessments in order to provide for a safe environment for each of our residents.

Daily activities are recorded for each resident. Anything that looks to become an area of concern is acted upon immediately and we may then update the care plan and risk assessment. This cycle of events is repeated, each month when we perform a full Person-centred care review.

In order to ensure that we are providing the right level of care, the home operates a "Quality System", which focuses on feedback from the residents, next of kin, visitors, the medical profession, and staff. Only by reviewing feedback, can we strive to offer a more comprehensive and quality level of care.
